4. Eligibility

5. Free & Paid Tiers
The free tier provides access to core AI chat features supported by advertisements. By using the free tier, you consent to the display of contextually relevant ads.
The paid tier provides an ad-free experience, higher usage limits, and access to advanced features such as image analysis. Paid tier pricing and features will be clearly communicated at the point of purchase.
We reserve the right to modify tier features and pricing with reasonable notice.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful, educational purposes. You must not:
- Use the Platform to obtain advice for treating actual patients
- Submit patient-identifiable health information
- Attempt to extract, scrape, or redistribute Platform content at scale
- Submit content that violates intellectual property rights

All Platform design, branding, code, and original content are the property of AI MediLabs / AIMediLabs.com. You may not reproduce or redistribute Platform materials without express written permission. AI-generated responses are provided for your personal educational use.
8. Accuracy & Limitation of Liability
AI MediLabs makes reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but AI-generated content may contain errors, outdated information, or omissions. We do not warrant the completeness or reliability of any AI-generated content.
